Investment & Trading Platform Fraud
Fake trading platforms are built to look convincing: working dashboards, rising balances, responsive account managers. The balance you see is a number in someone else's database. The deposits, however, are real transactions with a real trail.

Clone firms and fake registration
Many fraudulent brokers copy the name and registration number of a genuinely licensed firm. Verifying the claimed registration against the regulator's own register — and documenting the mismatch — is often the single most useful piece of evidence in the file.
The withdrawal fee trap
When you try to withdraw, a fee, tax, or 'liquidity requirement' appears. Paying it never releases the funds; it is simply a second extraction. If you are being asked for one right now, stop and speak to someone before sending anything.
Multiple payment channels
These schemes usually collect through several rails — crypto transfers, card payments, bank wires, sometimes third-party processors. Each rail has a different documentation and dispute pathway, and the review covers all of them.
