How It Works
A Structured, Documented Process
Every step is written down. You always know where your case stands, what happens next, and what the realistic ceiling is — including when the honest answer is that a pathway has closed.
Submit Your Case
You complete the secure intake form with what happened, how much was lost, and the records you still have. Nothing is required beyond what you already hold — we will tell you if something important is missing.
- Case summary and timeline
- Transaction hashes and wallet addresses
- Platform details and communications
- Any reports already filed
Intake Review
A coordinator reviews your submission against our case criteria and evidence framework, then responds in writing with an initial view: whether the case is workable, what is missing, and what a realistic pathway looks like.
- Eligibility assessment
- Evidence gap analysis
- Written initial response
- No cost, no obligation
Trace & Document
Where the case proceeds, funds are traced on-chain across the relevant networks and the full evidence package is assembled — chronology, exhibits, transaction references, and platform documentation.
- On-chain flow analysis
- Off-ramp identification
- Structured evidence package
- Hash-level source referencing
Reporting & Coordination
The package is submitted through the appropriate channels: exchange compliance teams, regulators, and law-enforcement reporting bodies in the relevant jurisdictions. Every submission is logged in your case file. Decisions and outcomes rest with those third parties.
- Exchange compliance submissions
- IC3, FTC and regulator filings
- Bank and processor correspondence
- Submission tracking
Updates & Case Close
You receive regular written updates and a final case report. Where a pathway closes, we say so and explain why rather than keeping a case nominally open.
- Scheduled written updates
- Full case report
- Documentation for tax or legal use
- Honest closure when appropriate
